The three owners of RTF, Tony Russo, Dan Thieken, and Kenny Fisher each have over 35 years of experience in the fire sprinkler business. Tony was the service manager at a worldwide conglomerate from 1996 to 2003 with total responsibilities for the service of fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm, sound, security, suppression, and portable fire extinguishers. Dan was the district general manager at a worldwide conglomerate from 1992 to 2003 with responsibilities for the operations, general management, and profitability of the entire district. Kenny was the construction manager at a worldwide conglomerate from 2002 through 2003 with responsibilities for the scheduling, training, and supervision of the construction field staff. Before then he was a sprinkler fitter/foreman for 20 years.
